Tots To Teens Therapy Services, Inc is committed to protecting  your privacy.  This Privacy Policy governs how we treat the Personal  Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your  use of the SMS Service, which we make available to you through a  third-party service provider, Zoom.  Personal Information is information  that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number or  user/screen name, as well as any Personal Information that you choose to  include in the message you send through the Service. Any information  received through SMS Service is stored with Zoom and protected with a  Business Associate Agreement which is Health Insurance Portability and  Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant. 

Tots To Teens Therapy Services, Inc takes precautions to ensure the security of your  Personal Information. When using the SMS Service, your information will  travel through third party infrastructures which are not under  our control. We cannot protect any information that you transmit to  other users. You should never transmit personal or  identifying information to other users.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties to include client's mobile  information to Tots To Teens Therapy Services, Inc; Tots To Teens Therapy Services mobile communication with clients.  This will include  all mobile  information to include text messages and/or phone voice  messages between clients, therapists and administrative staff.
